Luna was sitting in her car seat when she realized that it wasn't buckled. [Oops.] She laughed and giggled and jumped out of the seat while we were on the highway. We were simultaneously freaked out and humored, but we usually are.
Shana yelled as she tried to hide her smile: Get in your car seat or else!
Luna: Or else what?
Shana: Or you'll get a spanking. [Of course, we don't spank our kids, but we use the empty threat of a spanking just to be silly.]
Luna saw it as just that, so she stood up and approached the front seat.
Shana yelled: Get in that seat now!
Luna didn't know what to make of this, so she turned around and sat down.
