People have asked how Luna's taking all this in, so here's a couple of stories that might answer the question.
The other day, Shana, Luna, and "Brother" were at the paint store. "Brother" ordered some paint and after a while, Luna complained to one of the employees by yelling, "Where is my brother's paint!? Why is it taking so long to get my brother his paint!?"
Today, we had some friends over while "Brother" was at school. Shana wanted to show off the new paint in "Brother's" room, but Luna wouldn't have it. She demanded, "Get out of my brother's room. You can't go in there." And then later, she said, "Here's the [painted] door to my big brother's room. If you want to see what color he painted his room, you can look at his door."
She's very protective, isn't she.
