We had friends over the other night for a potluck. All the kids were in Luna's room when we heard yet another scream, and again all the parents rushed in. Sahara was crying. Her mother, Laura, comforted her and then Luna started to cry, but we couldn't figure out why. It looked like she felt responsible.
The next day we asked her what happened:
Luna (matter of fact-ly): Sahara and I were playing stick your butt in the face game and Sahara fell down.
Luna's sweet and amazing... and empathic!
